The Technical Writer/Process Document Coordinator will administer the life cycle (author, approve, publish, revise, retire, archive) of Quality, HR, Materials and Operational documents, procedures, and forms. They will define standards and workflows for document management in collaboration with the corporate records management team. This person will lead the collection, authoring, publication, storage, and retrieval of documents and needs to have experience in leading a team to acquire ISO Certification from the executive to the floor level.

The ideal candidate will be able to

  • Determine proper functionality of the document control system to ensure the most efficient, logical and user-friendly system
  • Develop an efficient audit layer process
  • Implement a fully functional CI process
  • Conduct and document daily floor audits of operational areas to ensure established processes meet Borderless standards
  • Accurately update the Warehouse Operations QMS with 0 errors when new processes and/or brands are added
  • Collaborate with employees on the Warehouse Operations QMS to ensure 100% conformance from implementation
  • Deliver outstanding Excel, Word, and Visio skills
  • Utilize Warehouse Management System experience with a strong emphasis on error-proofing
  • Write and update SOPs


  • Current ISO Certification
  • Experience working in distribution/warehouse environment
  • Previous Technical Writing experience

Physical requirements

Must be able to complete with or without reasonable accommodation:
